On behalf of our client, a well known Swiss Company, we are currently looking for an experienced German and English speaking Application Manager / Application Specialist - eHealth for a role based at our client's site in Bern - Switzerland

The eHealth Services are the solutions designed by our Client's for the Swiss healthcare market, such as the electronic patient record (EPD). The Application Management Digital Health team is responsible for the qualitative and stable operation of our Client's eHealth services.

The Role

  • Responsible for ensuring the application operation (2nd level support) of our Client's digital health customers.
  • Coordinate and process technical inquiries in the field of digital health and the application processes.
  • Take care of the fault reports, prioritize and process them and coordinate them through to development.
  • Responsible for the initialization and creation of change requests in cooperation with partners and customers.
  • Coordinate the requested changes.
  • Responsible for supporting the Engagement Manager and attending customer company meetings.
  • As a process specialist, you will also work on projects, releases and changes.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the application documentation as well as the further development and continuous improvement of the digital health support.

Your Profile:

  • Have an apprenticeship in IT or basic training with additional training in business, IT or organization.
  • Experience in 2nd level support role
  • Knowledge of ITIL Foundation, project management, agile methods and process methodology is desirable.
  • 5 years plus in a similar role
  • Extensive knowledge in the area of ​​eHealth is an advantage.
  • Able to recognize problems or opportunities for improvement and also tackle them at your own initiative.
  • Have very good analytical skills, networked thinking and a quick grasp of things.
  • Able to familiarize yourself with new solutions- quick learner
  • Excellent German language skills and a good knowledge of English
