To continue with their business expansion, they are looking for an IT & Core Network Account Manager with Telecoms experience, for a permanent role based in Paris- France

The Role:

  • Being the prime responsible to drive and support customer engagement with local CIOs and IT directors in Orange affiliates
  • Support the CRM with Orange Group IT and Core Network governance stakeholders such as BuyIN, TGI and Regions (EU/OMEA)
  • Manage relationship with Key Customers with the goal to get supporters and coaches in Orange affiliates and Group
  • To find, identify, develop and close business opportunities with customers.
  • To collect and analyze marketing information and enhance customer relationship.
  • To manage and coordinate activities between Huawei and our customers.
  • To promote the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers.
  • To identify, quantify, recommend and catch new business opportunities in line with the overall strategy of the company, and setup work plan and team to develop the opportunities.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or Telecoms, or ICT.
  • Comprehensive capabilities in IT: Server, Storage, Cloud, Big Data and Cloud Core Network
  • Customer relationship, Business and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs to target the desired solution.
  • Respect and appreciation of client requirements.
  • Detailed knowledge of business models and market strategies
  • Excellent ability to collaborate with a variety of people with different responsibility
  • Ability to interface with the client and work in a multicultural environment.
  • Chinese & English mandatory; French would be a key asset for this position
