On behalf of our client, a well known Swiss Company, we are currently looking for an experienced German and English speaking IT Project Manager for a role based at our client's site in Bern - Switzerland.

Role:

• The role is for our Client's team of around 10 project managers
• You will mainly be involved in IT projects for the manufacture of mailing products and posting and dispatch systems.
• You control IT projects in a targeted manner and coordinate and monitor the tasks of your project staff in order to ensure the smooth flow of your projects in terms of costs, quality and deadlines.
• As an intermediary between customers, specialist service providers and solution providers, you orchestrate the development of specialist and technical concepts, feasibility studies and quality assurance measures.
• You advise customers and clients in the decision to process IT projects in an Agile manner or in accordance with Hermes.
• You support the specialist service providers in designing IT processes in order to implement posting solutions for parcels and letters for postal customers.

Your profile

• You need to be entrepreneurial, team-minded and have a communicative personality who will support our Client in realizing their future projects
• Have 7 years plus of experience in a similar role and have already successfully managed IT projects and are familiar with various methods such as Scrum and Hermes.
• Good experience in software development (mobile, API, UX, etc.), IT infrastructure (cloud, big data, IoT, etc.) or logistics
• Strong negotiating skills and experience in negotiations with suppliers and partners without losing sight of the customer's perspective.
• Fluent in German or French and a good level of English required
