Workload: 60% ( 3 days per week ) - May increase to more

Our client, a well known Company in Switzerland, is currently looking for a friendly, initiative, service and customer-oriented personality IT supporter to help them with their operating and maintaining of its IT infrastructure.

The Role:

• As First Level Supporter / Stager will serve primarily the internal employees and help with the smooth and professional delivery of services.
• Setup of Standard Workplace equipment and manage in local DB (Add, Update, Delete) as part of On/Off Boarding process
• Manage devices in AD, SCCM and JamfPro on a basic level
• Remove and clean old HW devices, decommission and auction track
• Test new IT equipment and deliver
• Troubleshooting standard SW
• User and software management
• Basic HW reparation (Battery fault, RAM upgrade…)
• Tech supporting company events
• Standard Meeting room setup
• Handling requests via ticketing system, phone or direct approach from other employees

Requirements:

• College/technical training in computer science
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• 6 years plus experience in a similar role
• Experience with infrastructure based on Windows 10, Microsoft Office and other workplace applications
• Basic knowledge from MacOS and Linux System Administration
• Software Deployment and Patch Management with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager would be a plus
• Working hours are flexible. Contract might be extended and also occupancy might go up.
