Our client, a well known leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. With integrated solutions across four key domains - telecom networks, IT, smart devices and cloud services.

Our client is committed to bringing digital to every person, home and organization for a fully connected, intelligent world.

To continue with their business expansion, they are looking for an MEA Account Manager with Telecoms experience, for a permanent role based in Paris- France

The Role:

  • Being the prime responsible to drive and support customer engagement with CTIO and Technical directors in MEA
  • Support the CRM within MEA ICT governance stakeholders for both Group and local on current and future business development
  • Manage relationship with Key Customers with the goal to get supporters and coaches in Orange affiliates and Group
  • To find, identify, develop and close business opportunities with customers.
  • To collect and analyze marketing information and enhance customer relationship.
  • To manage and coordinate activities between our Client and their customers.
  • To promote the full range of our Client's solutions to defined customers.
  • To identify, quantify, recommend and catch new business opportunities in line with the overall strategy of the company, and setup work plan and team to develop the opportunities and win projects.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecoms.
  • Comprehensive capabilities in Network or IT Customer relationship, Business and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs to target the desired solution.
  • Respect and appreciation of client requirements.
  • Detailed knowledge of business models and market strategies
  • Excellent ability to collaborate with a variety of people with different responsibility
  • Ability to interface with the client and work in a multicultural environment.
  • Chinese & English mandatory; French would be a key asset for this position
