On behalf of our client, a well-known Consulting Company is one of the fastest growing business consultancy firms in Switzerland, we are looking for a Payroll Clerk / Admin., for a permanent role based in Zurich - Switzerland.

Role:

  • A career in our Client's Tax Payroll Services practice, within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our Client's clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties.
  • You'll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.
  • Our Client's team helps organizations with evolving payroll legislation and provides specialist knowledge to keep our Client's clients compliant and informed.
  • You'll support our clients with knowledge and experience of operating various payrolls and help deliver a smooth and efficient service that enhances the value we provide our Client's customers.
  • You independently develop salary and personnel administration projects for ours Client's Customers.
  • After a thorough induction, you will also support newly founded companies and international companies regarding social security, withholding tax and Personnel administration issues.
  • You will help with adapting our Client's ABACUS payroll accounting system to their Customer needs.
  • You occasionally work as a substitute for our customers.
  • You maintain contact with national and international customers, Social security authorities and withholding tax offices.
  • You develop yourself further through constant "learning on the job", internal and external trainings as well as through interdisciplinary cooperation within our Client's business

Skills and Experience required:

  • You have completed basic commercial training or a comparable degree.
  • You have initial experience in salary accounting / personnel administration.
  • 5 years plus of experience in a similar role
  • You were able to train yourself preferably in the area of social insurance / payroll / HR specialist.
  • You have user knowledge of the software programs MS Office and an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Fluent in German and have a good command of English
