On behalf of our client, a well-known Company from the Public Sector, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager,for a permanent role based in Bern or Zurich - Switzerland.

The Role:

  • You are responsible for the growth and further development of new business in the areas of health, construction logistics, circular economy or e-food.
  • Advise your customers on C-Level with regard to their logistical requirements, the value chain and the use of tailor-made solutions.
  • Be able to identify new business opportunities and independently carry out all sales activities and measures in order to achieve the best possible commercial result.
  • Actively maintain your network with all relevant decision-makers, with the aim of establishing a sustainable and long-term relationship on an equal footing.
  • In cross-divisional customer projects, you maintain an overview and ensure that the contractually agreed services are implemented.

Your profile

  • You have a higher degree (Uni / FH / MBA) in business administration, business informatics or an equivalent education.
  • You have at least five years of sales experience and have knowledge and understanding of at least one of the health, construction logistics, circular economy or e-food sectors.
  • You are an entrepreneurially-minded salesperson with can-do skills and negotiating skills at all management levels and use creative freedom in a goal- and conclusion-oriented manner
  • You bring enthusiasm and proof of success in the sale of branch-specific logistical solutions and your strong sales-oriented personality enables you to quickly grasp customer situations, present useful solutions and implement them accordingly.
  • You have a "hunter" mentality to identify new opportunities and an independent way of working with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
  • You communicate business fluently in German (C1) and you have a good knowledge of English (C1), French is an advantage.
