On behalf of our client, a well known Swiss Company, we are currently looking for an experienced German and English speaking Senior specialist in M&A Human Resources,for a role based at our client's site in Bern - Switzerland.

Would you like to take on responsibility in the area of ​​Human Resources for our client's business and further development of a group-wide, innovative management of mergers & acquisitions projects from the HR perspective and thus make an important contribution to our Client's business of tomorrow?

Role:

  • In your role, you will plan and control the implementation of M&A projects on the HR side (including due diligence reviews)
  • As a Sparring Partner, you are responsible for the interaction between the internal HR departments and work closely with the HR business partners in the divisions
  • Carry out audits in consultation with the M&A managers and provide support in assessing and evaluating, and depending on the subject, also in implementing the measures
  • Research, analysis and interpretation of company data using different evaluation methods are also part of your tasks
  • You answer HR-specific inquiries in the context of demanding M&A projects with a focus on Switzerland, Germany and the neighboring countries of Europe

Your Profile

  • You have a higher education in personnel management or in business administration with further training in the other area
  • 8 years plus of experience in demanding M&A transactions, as well as in national and international M&A projects and the associated HR challenges distinguish you
  • With your broad strategic and operational experience in HR, you can contribute to the further development of the company
  • You know how to use your very good analytical and strategic-conceptual skills as well as your negotiating skills
  • Fluent in German and business fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law, as well as the local legal systems of the target markets (other European countries / Germany) are an advantage
