Connect 44 are hiring for an Administrator/Admin Specialist to join the team based in Lausanne.
The role requires Chinese and French Speakers with an Administration Background.
This is a permanent opportunity.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Perform an extensive administration tasks: catering supplier and service management, service apartment booking management, etc.
  • Mobility service management: manage current mobility service and development the optimization plan to increase the satisfaction from internal clients.
  • Perform a “IFM representative ” in Lausanne office, closely work with local team to manage local office IFM from internal and external compliance perspective.
  • Internal meeting/event planning
  • Design the effective internal communication and manage the admin official account in social media platform
  • Team work with other team members on business related projects
  • Additional support in close collaboration with team during peak season
