𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝟒𝟒 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞

𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Responsible to independently control and manage to completion the process of mobile site infrastructure construction and telecom HW implementation according to internal processes and clients’ requirements.

The scope includes the overseeing of an end to end process, from ordering to delivery, until successful work acceptance within planned time and defined budget.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients and partners, to ensure deliverables falling within  applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other teams to ensure that all aspects of each project are compatible to fulfil project’s goals.

A wide degree of creativity and winning attitude is expected. He or she will be integrated in the Technical and Operation Department, reporting to the Civil Work Team leader, within the Technical Operation - Deployment function.

Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

•  Manage independently according to established processes, end to end
• New site infrastructure construction projects;
• Site infrastructure upgrade projects,
• site infrastructure re-engineering and re-construction projects;
• site share upgrade projects;
• site dismantling projects;
• Telecom and transmission HW installations activities as a part of above projects;
• ·  Support mobile site infrastructure design activities during site engineering process;
• ·  Participate to site design surveys in order to find suitable solutions to ensure all sites are designed according to internal and customer requirements, Health and Safety regulations and CW and engineering norms and standards;
• ·  Takeover, verify and launch new projects;
• ·  Obtain, verify and validate subcontractors offers according to internal procedures and project’s scope of work;
• ·  Manage services and material ordering process;
• ·  Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, kick-off, coordinate, monitor and report, projects’ activities, cost & progress against schedule, scope of work and budget;
• ·  Maintain project and company tools according agreed rules by maintaining forecast & actual dates and project status;
• ·  Perform risk management to identify and mitigate project risks;
• ·  Escalate deviations from projects’ design, schedule, scope and cost;
• ·  Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs;
• ·  Ensure that all  projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
• ·  Follow projects’ status through regular contact with partners;
• ·  Help maintain and update processes and  guidelines in accordance with latest contractual obligations and standards as well as local regulations. Ensure projects are executed according  to agreed guidelines;
• ·  Propose further enhancements on the work flow tools related to the rollout part to increase team efficiency;
