We are looking for an internationally minded IEC Industry Development Expert to join our team in Lausanne and help shape industry standards, technology development, and strategic initiatives within the telecommunications sector.

Main Responsibilities
Represent the company within the IEC and relevant international standards organizations.
Build and maintain relationships with standards bodies, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
Participate in international standards meetings and working groups.
Monitor global technology, regulatory, and industry trends.
Coordinate with internal technical, product, and business teams on standards-related activities.
Identify industry developments and opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
Support the implementation of standards and strategic industry initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Relations, Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience in telecommunications, international standards, industry development, or technology is an advantage.
Excellent networking, communication, and writing skills.
Fluent English and Chinese; French is a plus.
Strong interest in emerging technologies and international industry developments.
