We were delighted to officially open the doors to our new Connect44 UK Manchester office, marking an exciting milestone in our continued growth and investment across the UK.

The opening brought together colleagues, customers, partners and key industry suppliers for an afternoon of networking, collaboration and insight into the future of telecom infrastructure.

We were pleased to welcome representatives from VMO2 and FreshWave, alongside our valued Partners and Preferred Suppliers, including TEC, TPS, CEP, GUS and Red Light. Their attendance made the event a great opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, exchange ideas and look ahead to future opportunities across the industry.

VMO2 Shares Insights on the Future of Network Delivery

A particular highlight of the day was an engaging session hosted by VMO2, with Steve Verigotta and Stuart Gratton who share their outlook on the future of network build and delivery for VMO2.

The session provided a valuable opportunity to look beyond the current landscape and explore how the approach to network deployment and delivery is continuing to evolve. Steve and Stu shared their perspectives on the future direction of VMO2’s building programme, the changing demands being placed on the industry and the importance of having the right capabilities, processes and supply-chain partnerships in place to support the next phase of network development.

For Connect44 and our partners, the session was particularly valuable in helping us understand the priorities and opportunities that lie ahead. As the telecommunications industry continues to develop at pace, successful delivery increasingly depends on strong collaboration between operators, infrastructure providers, delivery partners and the wider supply chain.

Digital Innovation in Telecom Infrastructure

One of the event's highlights was the presentation by MYX, which expanded on its Digital Twin solutions and demonstrated how this technology can facilitate the planning, visualization, and management of telecommunications infrastructure. The presentation provided an interesting look at how emerging digital solutions can complement traditional network and infrastructure services and create new opportunities for greater efficiency and insight.

A New Chapter for Connect44 UK

The Manchester office represents an important step for Connect44 UK, providing a strong base on which to continue developing relationships with customers and partners throughout the region. It also reflects Connect44’s ongoing investment in its people, capabilities and presence within the UK market.
