Connect44 delivers end-to-end network operations and network optimization services for European telecommunications operators, supporting both day-to-day performance management and large-scale network changes. The services are provided through a hybrid onshore and near-shore delivery model that combines close customer engagement with deep technical expertise from Connect44’s Center of Competence in Bucharest, Romania. This model enables high service quality, scalability, and short delivery lead times while ensuring alignment with local market requirements.

Network Optimization services cover both Radio Access Networks and Transmission Networks, addressing optimization activities related to planned changes as well as continuous network performance improvement. In addition to change-driven performance improvements, Connect44 provides ongoing performance monitoring to ensure stable network behaviour, early issue detection, and sustained quality of service across multi-technology environments. 

Network-wide performance monitoring and optimization are performed on a regular basis and include activities such as network parameter consistency checks, coverage campaigns, SON, frequency optimization, external interference analysis, customer complaint analysis, and performance monitoring following the introduction or rollout of new radio parameters or hardware. These activities ensure that the network operates within defined performance targets and adapts effectively to traffic growth, new services, and configuration changes.

At site level, Connect44 delivers detailed performance monitoring and optimization for individual network elements across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. This includes radio parameter checks and adjustments, neighbour relation validation and alignment, coverage and interference optimization, electrical tilt verification and optimization, and Transmission Network performance assessments using TWAMP analysis. Site-level optimization activities are tailored to local conditions and are designed to improve accessibility, retainability, throughput, and overall user experience.

Beyond these services, Connect44 provides additional and specialized optimization services. These include Umlaut optimization services, performance impact analysis related to software upgrades, and support for spectrum re-farming initiatives. These services help operators manage network evolution while maintaining service quality and minimizing customer impact.

Connect44 delivers optimization services at scale. Over the past 3 years our teams have performed approximately 2,000 site-level RAN optimization activities and 2,100 Transmission Network optimization activities annually. While doing so, our teams maintained the highest service levels by keeping lead-times within two weeks. The average lead time for RAN optimization activities is less than two weeks, while Transmission Network performance improvement activities are typically completed in less than one week demonstrating Connect44’s ability to deliver efficient, high-volume services within demanding timelines.
